Mom visited the dealership to buy a new car for my dad this past weekend. However, she had an unpleasant encounter with salesman, Joshua. He chased my mom out of the dealership. Mom tried to speak to him over the phone to resolve what had happened, however, he rudely hung up on her. Will not recommend buying from him.

Sold me a car that was unsafe to drive. Took to another dealership for inspection after notifying South Bay Lexus that the car was leaking puddles of oil and was not shifting without jerking, they said to bring it in to have a look. I didn't feel safe driving it, took it to independent mechanic was told give it back, took it to another dealership for inspection, found cracked dog bone engine mount, blown head gaskets, strut issues, and unknown transmission issues, I didn't want to pay an additional
